1. Hay que cuidar la piel. Aunque a los 20 tengamos una hermosa piel de porcelana ésta no durará para siempre. Hoy al ver a mis amigas fumadoras o parranderas me doy cuenta lo arrugadas y "secas" que se ven, ¿Para qué arruinar la piel antes que el tiempo lo haga?, sin cigarro y alcohol la piel nos dura más. 2. No invertir el tiempo en cosas inútiles. El tiempo es lo más valioso que tenemos, para que invertirlo en actividades que no nos dejan nada, pasar el tiempo con la gente que amas haciendo las cosas que te gustan es una bendición y nunca te arrepientes de ello.
